SOSCA resident Joe Edgell Recently contacted Congressman Chris Van Hollen regarding the Post Office’s planned removal of the mailbox at Elm & Larch.  Mr. Van Hollen’s letter states that he’s requested that “the appropriate officials review this matter.”
